The short answer
A clinic report should explain what the research found, why it fits your services and what you could do next. Check the sources, dates, calculations and anything the report is unsure about. This worked example uses made-up data throughout. It is not a current report on the Dubai market.
About this example
NOOR CLINIC is a fictional skin-health clinic in Dubai with content in English and Arabic. This example looks at skin-booster education and compares 26 August to 1 September with 2 to 8 September 2026. The counts, questions, clinic profiles and competitor posts were all created to show how the product works.
What the sample research includes
The report combines example discussion counts, a question about terminology and two fictional promotional posts. Each tells you something different. Together, they show how a report is put together; they do not make a validated market score.
| Input | Coverage | What it can support |
|---|---|---|
| Made-up discussion counts | Two equal seven-day windows | A worked growth calculation |
| Illustrative question | One English and one Arabic example | An educational brief |
| Fictional competitor posts | Two promotional examples | A limited content comparison |
| Sample clinic profile | A stated treatment menu | A sample match to the clinic’s services |
What the numbers and posts suggest
Discussion counts rise from 1,000 to 1,380, an increase of 38%. That is the change shown in the chart, not a bookings forecast. Neither fictional post explains the terms in the patient question. In a real report, findings like these could suggest an educational campaign, after checking them against actual market research.
Why the topic fits, and what to create
The topic matches the fictional clinic’s services. The suggested campaign explains treatment terms, with a practitioner reviewing the copy. It includes a carousel, a short-video storyboard, a longer explanation and a story. Each format answers the same question in a different way.
What to look for in a real report
A real report needs source links you can check, collection methods, topic definitions, sampling rules and exclusions. It should show which markets it covers, how the metrics were calculated and who reviewed it. You should be able to separate research findings from model interpretations. This sample cannot prove current demand, competitive advantage or revenue.
About this guidance
